Man the kid wearing the jersey looks exactly like jlaw, JGR should switch to Suzuki's for Outdoors since Jlaw has been testing one all yearSilly

I'm very sceptical about this, but it would be amazing if it was true! Maybe jlaw is a good tester too? (to help get james' bike set up)

I'd be more surprised to see james show up for the outdoors than i would jlaw!

Having said that, I would be very happy to see them both there- both insanely talented on a dirtbike, love to watch both of them ride- LET JLAW RIDE!! lol

Is he going to be riding James's bike?

Either way if and big if he makes it outdoors it will be good to see him out there.

it would be awesome! jlaw had/ has one of the coolest riding styles ive seen in recent years- great to watch him when he's on form.

probably just another jlaw comeback thread though (with no actual comeback!)

In an interview with his mechanic, his mechanic said that JLaw ride whatever he was given - didn't really test.

This is Jason Lawrence. I don't know if anyone else noticed, but under the "Hill 75", is what appears to be what's left of "Lawrence 338". You can see the "CE" and a part of the "8". Also the Arma patch covering the Fox head.

I noticed that. Not sure what to think about all this non-sense. I'm for it, but highly doubt it. The dude seems happy doing what he's doing.

I have had a feeling he's coming back.

He's had a few years to chase whatever he found interesting in life.
Even the Amish take "time off" in their early 20's to experience the outside world.
Nothing wrong with that.

The vid someone put up of him practicing 6 or 7 months ago,
arms hanging to his knees on his way back to the truck, showed he was pushing it.

Then he turns up at a 2 hour race, finishes strong, and does well a few weeks back.

Apparently, the fitness is there, he's got the skills. And the Nationals are right around the corner.

I got a feeling he's running.

So now WTF? Stewart is pulling out of the nationals again....or are they just ( rumored ) to be adding a second rider ( Jlaw ) ?

If Stewart pulls out again................................ahhh never mind.....what's the point?

Hope to see Jason back out there again one day.

I'd like to see him out racing again, another guy in contention for podiums really can't hurt. I hope it isn't on JS7's bike, though.

Yeah, pretty sure that was from 2010 right after Josh Hill got hurt practicing for the XGames. I think was Steel City.

Just FYI... JLaw is not testing with JGR. The source is not accurate.

Boom. Thread Over

my thoughts exactly.

i'm a huge JLaw fan, but i can understand the guy not wanting to do it anymore. not to mention the bullshit he has to put up with the media and dumb ass fans/haters.

That "email" certainly reads like an email someone who is friends with JLaw would write. Guy seems as literate as any of JLaw's friends should be.

Man, I've never even been a JLaw fan, but I REALLY hope he comes back. You never really know what you've got 'til it's gone, and man, Jason made this sport pretty interesting.
3/22/2012 1:37pm
I actually think Jason would really enjoy riding for JGR. Coy is straight up no bull. As in, he's someone you can trust. JLaw has been burned by people in the past (and done plenty of his own burning) and doesnt really trust a whole lot of people in this industry (for good reason).

JLaw & Bubba as teammates. The two most marketable racers in the sport as far as Im concerned.

I saw this in the comments section from "JLAW FAN"

" COME BACK YOU ARE THE ONLY TRUE MXer LEFT IN THE SPORT, THE TIME IS NOW WHILE YOU CAN STILL MAKE IT BACK TO THE TOP"

....someone needs some serious psychiatric help....
