6th is a good ride for sure. It's weird that the best starter their is is struggling with his starts...

I'm not gonna say I was mad, my mechanic was working hard all day getting things right but the bike sucked water and it cost me in te heat. In the lcq I landed in a pool of water before the finish when I made the pass on faith n it took 2 laps to start blubbering before it quit. Bummed because I actually was riding really fast.

I think he's not picking his gates right. Starting 3 left from the very outside when every start came from 1-3 on the inside isn't good but then again he got 8th pick after a penalty from his heat race from missing a jump. He really move threw the pack I honestly wish I was out there tho it would of been fun racing in the main how I was in the heat n lcq. Good job Motoconcepts for working hard this weekend and having 2 top 10 finishes in the lights class and mikes 6th in the premier class. Weeke Canada were solid.

Congrats on Mike's great ride, but it would have been cool to see both of you battling out there.

Great ride by Mike!!! Good luck to the Alessi bro's for the rest of the season. I can't imagine riding through that mud at Daytona.

At what point was Mike in last? I'm pretty sure Ryan was in last from a few corners out and I never saw Mike pass Ryan.....

He was one of the only riders that could give Stewart fits outdoors a few years back on the factory RMZ too.

He did so well because the race track conditions were more like a MX not a SX.

800 is top 10 SX, maybey top 5 MX.

Hope he does well.

Still can't figure out why he left SUZ awhile back. Seems like he had his best chance to win then.

I think he "left" because Roger and Tony didn't see eye to eye. Then he went to KTM, and when Roger came on board, it was the end of him on Orange.

kudos to tony (dad) for getting on the track while the race was going on to help jeff get that bike off the track while track markers just looked and watched jeff kick and kick and kick and kick and kick start that bike for atleast the length of 2 laps?
good thing tony didnt get his shoulder tapped by that racer coming around the turn, that was close.

My bike wasn't in gear, I was in such a rush to start the bike that when I re geared the bike into nutrual I wasn't sure if it was so I just pulled the clutch in, after like 12 kicks I checks and it was in nutrual. mike was in dead last and if u look at the start u will see him off the side of the track from being pushed off in the first corner, he had not 1 person behind him coming into the second corner. Then villo fell in the third corner n mike passed 5 people there and then made a charge pass who ever else was struggling on lap one. He still was last on the start, If anything that's pretty badass feat coming that far in one lap. He almost crashed 3 times on the concreate trying to get back on the track.

Mike has said that this is the first year he's actually went out and tried racing Supercross. He said in all of the previous years he was out there just trying to survive until the Nationals. That's the difference.

Knock it off with your fucking bullshit hate.

BTW: How did Musquin do on the 350?

Mike rode amazing on the Factory Suzuki's, holding off his team mate reed many times, gave Stewart a hard time several times outdoors....... then he did a season on that POS ktm 350 and couldn't get out of his own way and couldnt get a start if his life depended on it, and looked like crap.
You should Go buy a POS 350 for yourself and STFU since you like it so much.

Both Mike and Short looked 10 times better back on their CRF and RMZ 450's. Proof is in the pudding.

Musquin's 4th place finish just might be the pudding of proof that you are so desired to find. But lets not let facts derail your agenda.

Oh yeah, on topic, Jeff was looking better than he has lately and Mikey really did ride with a lot of heart in that main. Congrats, 800!
