Hey guys, just wanted to give everyone an update on me. I went to the doctors today and got checked out, looks like from that crash I have a concussion and a small fracture in my hand. The actual waiting time is still unknown but im hoping to be back for Toronto or Houston. I want to be ready when I come back so im not gonna rush it. Here is a video someone shot of the crash. Glad your OK Ben! It was a very ugly crash, and seemed like it could have been a lot worse. Keep plugging away!

Hey Ben, did you know that you made the #2 clip of the weekend on "Speed Centers" top 5?. only to get beaten out by Montoya crashing into the jet dryer at Daytona.

Glad you are ok man, that was brutal!

Ben, that looked like a real nasty crash with no opportunity for you to mitigate the impact. Glad to hear you are taking some time off to heal the concussion ... head injuries like that are nothing to fool around with. Get well and get after it again.

Thank you for the update. I got to meet you Friday nite, and you are a great representative for your sponsors. We were cheering for you Saturday nite, and you were on our mind as we left after the race. I'm very happy your injuries aren't worse. Ben was on a mission sat. night coming through the pack and after passing Millsaps then Sipes you could see he was headed for the front. It was the best I have ever seen him ride.

Alaska loves you Ben! Well I do at least. I follow you as best I can from the qualifiers to heats and whenever you make it in a main. I was really worried about you, but motoculture said you made it out pretty good considering.

I hope to see you rested up and on your A game come Seattle because I will be there for my first supercross and my 26th birthday.

From where we sat, it looked like the bikes were running over you...very worried.
Got home and the film looked a bit better, but all too brutal.
