Is this just me or does anyone else feel this way?
I can watch really bad crashes over and over again ( Reed at Millville, RC when he almost hit the boat, Stewart, well.....everywhere ) when the riders walks or rides away, but I hate watching crashes that claim the rider.
Reed's last week, Canard and Morais' crash, Villo at St. Louis.......................it almost makes me sick to watch those crashes again.
Anyone else? Or is a crash a crash regardless of the outcome?

I hate that they keep showing TC's crash all the time on TV I am sure that makes the moms that see it go out and by junior a bike...

There are several riders that I absolutly cannot stand but dont think I would ever have any enjoyment of seeing them get hurt.
You would make a perfect example.. sometimes maybe we should have "one child left behind"

Reeds crash at Millville was so horrifc, but I think it turned out to be so inspiring for so many fans and riders alike. Crashes can sometimes seperate the men from the boys and desire really shines through in situations where the rider has a bad crash but is uninjured and able (if willing) to get up and charge back into the race. So many times we've seen Reed, Villo, RC, JS7, RD have a big get off and somehow they are able to recoop and fight back to a good finish. On the other hand, i've seen many times where other riders have a similiar crash in SX or MX and they'll pull into the mechanic's area and watch the rest of the race - no desire to get going again. I understand it's apples to oranges because not all crashes are the same, even if they appear to be, but it's always interesting to watch how riders handle themselves after a crash.
I have a friend that had shown Magoo's Paris crash to his daughter when she wanted to race, my son doesn't even want to ride so I've never had to. I agree with his decision and just like drivers ed when I was a kid, you need to know.
The ones when they don't........make me sick to my stomach. Not just for them.....but for myself as it brings back memories. Been in a lot of really good ones over the years.....and I sympathize with every single one of them dudes.
