1. Its not called carpal tunnel surgery, it is cutting the fascia in the forearm.
2. Robbie Reynard, to name one.
3. Robbie Reynard also raced the above brand for a while.

Some of you guys are crazy!

Aluminum frames? Sub-Tanks? Works tires? Folding levers?

These are things that actually work well so they can't really be gimmicks.

Although I had one on my old CRF 450, I don't see as many step seats at the track nowadays as I did a few years ago.

Actually they were getting fasciotomies. Different surgery for a different malady.

Turning air-cooled bikes into water-coolers (like RPM used to do).

Helmets haha, just kidding.

Id say Anodized trick parts, gold chains, yellow lettered tires, step seats, hole shot devices, colored radiator hoses, black wheels, etc etc. Sadly im guilty of buying most of these things myself...Oh the price we pay to be cool, not only in dollars but dignity as well...

Now if youll exuse me I have billet axle blocks to go shop for Smile

I had a pair of those in white! I bought them after MXA gave them a realy good review. I actually like them better than any other MX boot I wore during the 80's.

Boyesen Flex Grip. I still use one for off road.

Had Carpel Tunnel surgery on both of my wrist. What a relief. I can't believe I waited so long to get them fixed. Now I can ride without my hands falling asleep at the bars. As for me falling asleep at the bars... I quit going to them .Wink

I'm gonna go with pretty much any dress up accessory here....

I think a lot of products are gimmicky but have good intention. Unfortunately, cool sells in this sport!

Aluminum frames being sold as lighter and the whole 4 stroke crazy are two huge violators in my book. I like my 450, but my RM250 is way more versatile. Steel frame is nice too. Easier to work on, cheaper, lighter, etc.

As much as I hate to say it because I love it myself, EFI is just going to turn out to be bad because most consumers cannot tune it on their own. We tinker too much to spend a lot on tuning.

That's what you did for that "Honda" dyno that wasn't a Honda dyno.

I dont know why i am about to dignify you with a response, but i am bored, so...

it was an Ape dyno. the photo was an rs125 engine on a bench, which i said "so you can see what they look like". my point was that a single cylinder 125 two stroke can make more HP than the 450 4s on the line at AMA SX.

but it seems you make a habit of missing the point, then harping on it over, and over, and over again.

I generally take what people say around here with a grain of salt, and give them the benefit of the doubt. different strokes for different folks. but you, sir, are just a fucking toolbag any way you slice it.
