Here is a helmet cam video from Zacca, that little 125 is soooo fun. Been years since I rode one, hopped on it and was surprised at how quick I could go on it (relative to my 450 speed) I was 5 seconds a lap slower, but I only rode one Moto on the 125, it had 7 yr old tires and was set up for a 140 pounder. Plus prob lost most that time not making those two uphill jumps. Now off to look in Craigslist....

I could tell you are a 450 riding without even reading your description. You were getting a bit lazy with the shifting in some corners Blush

Cool video. 125's have the coolest sound in motocross.

Nice! Time to get off the 450 and lose those bad 4 stroke slacker habits Smile Man! Zacca looks awesome! I am going to make a trip down this winter for sure. Do they run all winter?

Pretty sure they run through the winter. You really don't realize how lazy you've gotten till you hop back on the 125!! On my 450 I ride the whole track in 3rd, 125 gotta rip 1st through 5th

You speak of the truth... Recently sold both 250f's and got back on the 125, no matter what the haters say I didn't think of the difference in power, speed, weight first off... The first thing I notice was how damn lazy I got on the thumper.. Riding the same time on same track as my 250f I wasn't even out of breath after, on the 250f I wouldve been too tired to even load the bike up in the truck... So yeah, more work to go fast, which I think is a good thing, but the weight bias and how it affects your riding style is so night and day its crazy..... 125 + bb kit +proper jetting= pure fun, go for it man

Who's idea was it to lay out the track so that it passes next to every large tree in the field?

i saw that..like it weaves through big ass oak trees

this is acceptable (sort of) on a backyard track but for a public riding area....law suit waiting to happen

Seriously about the trees? Have any of you ladies ever ridden off road? Fast, open trails, tight single track, trees are pretty much the norm...

Note to self.. If I'm going to open a track in a dry, arid area, built it in the middle of a flat empty field. No trees, no water, no jumps and definitely no elevation. That shit is dangerous. Shade is overrated.

Hahaha really, Maybe it seems worse on video but the trees are not an issue while riding. The only sections where you get close are low speed.

I picked up an Rm 125 a couple of years ago for my older son and we've been having a blast with it. I do like riding the 250f as well though it's nice to be lazy Smile I can't wait to make Zaca.
