With JS7 staying on yamaha again that should increase the chances of reed riding yellow.
Facts on why reed will ride suzuki:
-Larry/mcgrath will get factory honda support
-Metcafe, byrne, and alessi are friends of chads and all ride suzuki
-Reed hired Goose who is the best suzuki mechanic
-Reed loved his suzuki in 09 (he stats he likes the honda but every1 says that about the bike they are currently riding)
-He might get rockstar as a title sponsor
-Suzuki needs one of the top 5
-He still hasn't done a PR, which he probably would have if he was staying with honda by now
-Honda already has way to many high paid riders

Goose was at Honda longer than he was at Suzuki. Lars Lindstrom was in diapers when Goose was already an established Honda guy.
Honda has too many high paid riders? When a team gets factory support, that doesn't mean the riders on said team are getting paid by that factory. JT$ revealed in a PulpMX podcast that Chad got his parts bill wiped away by Honda last year. That's the extent of his being "paid" by Honda. He had been buying parts from them up to that point. Think about it. CHAD was paying HONDA, not the other way around. H&H got factory Kawi support......do you think Chris Blose was cashing checks from Kawi? Ha!
It was reported that Reed was working on an Energy Drink sponsor but it was also revealed that it was not one of the ones we are used to seeing. So it's probably not going to be Rockstar/Monster/RedBull. This deal may not be done yet and I would guess THAT's the reason we haven't seen a PR yet.
I could go on and on....
'Cause it's not a race, yet in the picture credit inside, it says it's him and he's got "REED" on the jersey. It's him getting a ride on the '12 model.
2. Definitely doesn't matter.
3. Goose was known as the "best" Honda mechanic before he ever went to Suzuki.
4. Watching and listening - the Honda compares to his time and bike at Suzuki.
5. Rockstar is out at Suzuki. He could have them on a Honda.
6. Suzuki WANTS; doesn't need one of the top 5. Honda got away without one for a few years.
7. Making sure he is getting everything he needs from Honda, and not letting them short change him this year.
8. See number 1. Plus, it isn't about salary, it's about parts. Honda isn't paying anyone on the Brooks/MC deal - just a parts allowance I'm sure. I'm sure they aren't paying Windham either, and he is only getting some of the factory parts.
Not saying Chad won't go yellow, but if he does; it will simply be because Honda didn't offer him everything he wanted.

That video clip above of Mt Morris is one of the coolest things all year that season. "Feeling it" was absolutely right
It really doesnt matter which bike they ride if they have enough factory support.
My money is on Honda.
Chad Reed is riding a Honda. he's said he's riding a Honda. he's racing the dam thing in geniva.
