Doubt you'd see that in the states... Whistling

And you guys said no one has a chance against 250f's on a 125. Wink

Jay....you should seriously reconsider having a user name " 450Fguy " It would make more sense wouldn't it?

This is getting out of hand. People are seriously considering him winning on that thing, or even podium? 10 years of development with the Fs, and on top of that him riding a superiour works/factory 250F is now not an factor any longer? Seriously? A 125 can take that place?Blink

I'm totally pleased with a top ten, and maybe if the top fives totally screws up, maybe he could become a top three guy! Cheerful The temporarily amnesia here will wanish latest Sunday, even I are way faster on a 250F.Laughing

I like the spirit though!Cool

Put Herlings on a 125 at Lommel and I'd put a pretty penny on him winning. A podium finish would almost be a guarantee. The rider is more important than the bike. Wilson could probably finish in the top 5 at most of the races against 450's on a 250F. Roczen won't be at as big of a disadvantage as so many people on here think.

a)MX1: motorcycles of Cat. I, Group A1, over 175cc up to 250cc for 2-stroke
engines and over 290cc up to 450cc for 4-stroke engines;

b) MX2: motorcycles of Cat. I, Group A1, over 100cc up to 125cc for 2-stroke
engines and over 175cc up to 250cc for 4-stroke engines;

c) MX3: motorcycles of Cat. I, Group A1, over 290cc up to 500cc for 2-stroke
engines and over 475cc up to 650cc for 4-stroke engines. MX1 and MX2
motorcycles may also participate in the MX3 class

I would run a 150cc bike and make them protest me.

No one? Who said that? You have to admit, most people would be stupid to attempt it. After seeing Roczen at the MXdN last year, I'd put him as one of the few who could probably rattle a few cages on a pinger. Stewart used to be able to do it quite well. Be hard to convince me that Ken would walk away with the win but I bet he could podium with a little time on the bike. Poor bike though, betting that thing will be breathing hard.Woohoo

Yep, he's gonna be wringing it out for sure! Man, it's gonna be fun to watch! You know he's gonna have a blast. Roczen was meant for 2-strokes.

So you pretty much take the 2 fastest riders in each class and put them on two strokes. If they win, will it really be that big of a deal? Stewart used to do it at will when he was on the smoker.

Terrible Marketing move right there. Who was it that just the other day rode a smoker and got some publicity with it. hmmmmmm, he was blasted by the koolaide crew for doing it.

now KTM is doing it. But the so called "taliban" smoker crowd doesn't have a any numbers and doesn't matter.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.

looks like ktm wants to sell even more 2 strokes. or better yet even more motorcycles in general. guess hiring the people they do, and putting the effort into the sport they do is pretty cool. not like others who try to stiffle the choices we have and process it works with.

ride on.

I'm sure that KTM has done some home work and knows that Ken can at least run good lap times...............the start he gets will decide everything.

Yes.

That's likely why most of the thread has been about KRoc...

Disagree.

He was having problems with more than RC.

IMO Bubbas last year on a 2 stroke was proof that the 4's are just plain faster race bikes, all else being equal.

At least under the present cc rule structure.

But it was still fun watching Bubba try to keep up on that thing.

(2 stroke fan here...)

The above is why I asked...

Of course, there's a lot of kooky in this thread.

I think anytime someone beats a FOOWUMPER that's twice the size of the bike he or she's riding, that's a pretty big deal actually... Half as much bike that's nearly 2x as good!
9/10/2011 7:56am
I'd say JS would say "if you get beat by a 125 2 stroke while riding a 250F, you should quit. I guess 3 guys can continue to ride. LMFAO. Put Roc on a 150cc.
