Is this the same John Dowd who raced in Canada?

That guy wasn't very good. A lot of hype, but he was only a top 5 guy at his best. He never won anything that I remember.

I was surprised Dowd didn't do better in Canada especially after Doug Dubach won the Canadian title. Dubach is a great rider but John Dowd had a much more successful AMA career than Doug did. Did Dowd really race an 04 RMZ 250? those pics of him riding are definitely not that bike.

Dowd did ride the RMZ250 in 2004, he was on Suzuki for a while back then.
He rode Suzuki up until 2009 and then switched to the Kawi's

The specialty triple clamps form TriStarr look right and John did get rid of his old bikes a while back I believe.

I don't care if that was John Dowds, or Carmichaels, or Mcgrath's...and i don't care if all three of them shared or owned it! i wouldn't buy that thing for more than $1500 and even then...

I like the picture of him riding it.......................oh wait.

I think $1,500 is being generous.

LOL. Stock suspension, crap tires, photos of Dowd on a bike that is not the one in the photo. I can slap graphics on my bike and make it look like anyones bike!

Was thinking the same till I saw the pic of tripple clamp. Looks authentic, there's glare on it, but you can see the AMA sticker.

I believe that's one of Dowd's old bikes. Engraving on the triple clamps, AMA certified sticker on the frame - it's been professionaly raced. I don't see any pros, copying other riders bikes / graphics.

Sorry dick wad (s), I should have said "SARCASTIC COCK". Dowd’s done more for MX then you little sarcastic piss ants .........I would never make a shit ass comment about an icon like Blair Morgan and chalk it up to “artistic sarcasm”. F-off you douche bags……..And by the way, I’m a very happy guy, I just love slamming you “Darwin Olympians”.
