Or it could be Billy Mckenzie who is in australia riding a kawasaki and is coming back to do the british gp maybe if he gets a decent result he could be inline for a return to the gp's now he is fit and healthy again,he rode for jan degroot and won on it too
if the relationship with kawasaki is still good he could just be worth a shot

As usual, do not make all French to be this way. Sure we got our fair share of "french enigma" with JMB, Pichon and now CP but what can you say about Roncada, DV, Tortelli, Paulin and now Musquin... These guys were/are just great racers and cool guys.

We, Americans, got our share of weirdos as well.

Yup, a rumor gets started, texted to Matthes and he twats it

then the rumor starter refrences it's truth by quoting Matthes as a source.

If CP does not come to California to test and is not in daily contact with DV then there definitely is a problem plus DV when asked if CP will be at the race he says that the bike will be there.. many things in the interview support the idea that things are very tense at best.

Pretty good interview from DV.
It seems like it's going to be a long season, except if CP wins the next race of course. Then everybody will clap their hands and say Yeah!

DV wanted CP to come to California to test factory and KYB parts but CP is doing his own thing in Florida (where they sent him a bike)
Obviously, not much communication between the 2.

That was funny. I got curious and found this. Good way to kill time if you are bored.

Oops, I misquoted. Although the language barrier bit is funny too. They must come from different parts of Marseille.

That doesn't looks good for CP377 but what does DV gains with bashing his rider on MotoVerte?? Talk to Roger Pourcel he is the only men that can talk any sense into Christophe and like I know Roger he will do want is necessary to push his son into the right way... Because it will hurt Roger to see his son 'ride' like that!!

From Moto Verte:

The information disclosed by Steve Matthes on Pulpmx, taken over by Vitalmx and has continued to swell the GP Prix of France at St John was not a rumor, although in no case did been validated by the person himself, and had as its purpose to excite some people in the entourage of French and first structure CLS Kawasaki Pro Circuit as a whole have seen an opportunity in this joint solution . However, Chris will ride well on the Yamaha 450 YZ-F Team Moto Concepts and respecting the commitments made to Mike Genova, the team owner. French is about to leave for Pennsylvania and it would be surprising if he goes there without driving on the circuit of High Point. History to forget his double DNF in Freestone?

Contacted in the evening, David Vuillemin has been transparent about the status of CP and its participation in the event deHight Point this weekend. Very informative There's only read!

David, a lot of rumors about the PC case! Where is it?

"I've read rumors starting Saturday, while I drove with my YZ 250. We are Tuesday, June 7 at noon in California and we have not had his request to leave the team to go somewhere else.He is at home in Florida, we sent him a motorcycle last week. Getting ready for the third test, the mechanics are leaving tomorrow. No news of Christopher for a start, although many people think. "

Freestone back on. DNF/DNF. What was the reaction of CP?

"There was no discussion after the event. There was discussion after the first round. We saw quite comfortable, it was 2. It seemed to go. He passed by RD1 (Ed.: Dungey) and CR22 (editor's note: Reed), yet there is no shame, but after 17 minutes he stopped. He said he did not feel at ease and he was not feeling to finish the race like that. We changed many things for the 2nd round. CP wanted to ride with suspensions comfortable, more flexible. That's what we did, but the tracks are very bumpy. We returned to the hardest settings. In the second round, he stopped, saying that the shock was blocked. The folks at KYB found nothing abnormal. They spent the bench suspensions for a long time and nothing abnormal. No problem on the links either. It is an enigma. "

No explanation of PC either?

"He said that the shock had been blocked. That's all he said. You should know that Yamaha is involved along with CP. There was some testing to do, a weekend off, and then two weeks to work. CP has decided to return to Florida to do his program. "

Testing is therefore remained at the same point?

"If the driver is not there, you can not do the testing. I asked CP to come to California for more testing, but this was not done. "

Can we still say that it goes well between you and him?

"This is not a relationship between CP and me is a relationship between PC and Moto Concepts. My relationship with him is not the problem. You must remain professional. We are working and everything will be ready for him for the third test. "

By signing a driver like PC, you expect to have this kind of concern?

"All the drivers are different. Personalities change, people must be taught. It's hard to see if something is wrong, so before the race, I was told that all is well. Week, it'll always good, but in this race is wrong. We must try to evolve. I managed to have the support of Yamaha, who was willing to give parts factory that only uses Stewart. It was also the forcing with Kayaba for plant material, but may have all the help the world if we do not test, it is useless. "

We know you're a good tune. Would you have helped in the testing PC?

"I tested the engine configuration. Regarding suspensions, it is more complicated. It really is the driver who decides, and they are all different. The guys on the podium have completely different settings. "

What are the criticisms of CP on the suspension of his bike?

"It's hard to say. At first he wanted comfort. But the problem is that in large holes, it is wrong. I think we've been in this direction too. We returned to a setting "normal" rather close to what Tommy and Kyle use. It's hard to have a race circuit configuration for testing, I see. "

This behavior of suspensions is not a way to conceal a physical problem?

"He has to say. Me, I think lack of running with the bike, he did not race for long. I would not say that there is a suspension problem, there's just a lack of testing. Give yourself time to do tests to find the best option. It's hard to work if the driver is not there to test. Kayaba calls me every day, and for now, it is in "standby". It's hard to solve problems if we do not test. "

Given how things are looming, can we expect not to see CP in High Point?

"For me, there will be. There has been no formal request, echoes ... The bike will be ready for this weekend. "

Ready, but in a configuration identical to Freestone. Can we expect that things go the same way this weekend?

"It's a different circuit. He has not had much time to roll with the changes in the second round of Freestone. Sure, we really lack of testing, but I'm ready to do everything, to test every day if necessary. "

DV thank you, we hope that everything will be back soon in order ...

"This story about CP is a bit of a buzz. As they say, there is no smoke without fire ... We are aware of the rumors on the net, especially me who surfs a lot. It is the victim of "hearsay", but that PC to make choices.. "
