Got caught masturbating at age 14. A part of me died that day. Masturbating might not be "stupid shit", but I did feel like a stupid shit afterwards, and the following 13 years of my life.

I was a Juvenile Court Officer for 20 years before I moved to Vegas. One time the local PD asked me to do a little workshop on the Juvenile code to a bunch of rookie cops. They were setting there all cocky and laughing thinking they were going to tell me what's what. So I started the discussion with:

"Who here would like to have been caught and held fully accountable for everything they did before they turned 18?"

Things got real quiet and we ended up having a pretty good discussion.

And for the record I would have gotten real quiet if asked that question too.

Was brainstorming (brainfarting?) on the school bus one cold am in 7th grade. Thought it would be cool to moon the world from the fogged up rear window of the bus. Little did I know that the smoking hot redheaded art teacher (who was the cause of major wooddage for the non homo males in the school) was driving to school directly behind the bus. She was waiting at the front door of the bus, I was ratted out and sent to the principals office. The principal was busy so they sent me to home room. The didn't call me back to the office, but when I got into a fight in 6th period and ended up in the principals office the shit hit the fan. Needless to say my Pops was not pleased when he got the call! Unfortunately, that is one small chapter in a long list of stupid and illegal shit that will probably result in the express elevator to hell.

My arrests were boring. However, one game I played with my brothers was called dart fight. We would take dartboard darts down in the basement and shut off the lights. We would blindly then throw darts at each other while our eyes were trying to dilate. Being in the pitch dark and hearing the sound of darts cuting the air around you and slamming into the wooden food pantry and floor joists is stupid. The game ended when one of the darts struck me and embedded in my back. Great game but damn was that stupid shit.

in 1987, grady jones and i decided it would be cool to race an airplane against our mx bikes on the runway at rockwood airport. didnt work out too well, airport security, rockwood city police, all in about ten minutes. we were escorted back to the truck by the police and after all the drama was over the two city cops laughed about it, told us to stay off airport property, and to count ourselves lucky. i thought we were in a bunch of trouble, but it was fun for sure...

.....woke back up an hour later with a bellyful of sweet aroma from St. Louies finest brewery and had to give said girl the Dutch Oven in order to make her leave without having to spend a hard earned buck on breakfast. Sometimes a man's gotta do whatta man's gotta do......

Started boxing when I was 13 and by the age of 16 I thought I was bad ass until boxing this undefeated kid in Miami. He backed me into a corner and I blasted him in the nose with the best uppercut I could throw. He took a step back like he was hurt. Wiped his nose and acted like he was walking away. I held my arms up and turned my head towards the Ref and that Bastard knocked me out. That was pretty much the end of my boxing career.

Well, never been arrested..and I am 47...

Out ran the cops many times on my screaming dt 175.....just cut through yards and stuff where they couldn't follow me.

Flipped a toyota corolla on it's side in the school parking lot....after going almost 200' on two wheels.

pulled a 2000 gallon water truck from Macon to Chattanooga on I-75, with a 4 cylinder toyota truck, on Memorial day weekend.

And this little gem hit my fadding memory in a conversation with a buddy the other day:

I was at a mud race down in Georgia in the early 80's, back before pressure washers.

I would put the bike on a stand and start it, then click it into 4th or 5th gear and rev it up to fling mud off the chain and tires.

It is drizzling so I am doing this under the tarp fastened to the side of my trusty dodge van (before ez ups too)

I am parked right next to the track and am not paying attention to the bike becaue I am watching some of the racing.

I give it one more good rev, and the bike slides off the stand, wide open, in 4th or 5th gear.

The bike launches through the open door of my van and break out the window on the far side.

I reach in and shut it off and immediately looked out to see if anybody observed my stupidity.

There is a little boy tugging on his dad's hand trying to get him to look over at me and my bike, and he says" Daddy, did you see how that man loaded his motorcycle?"

Puked out of the passenger window of my parent's buick century wagon on the way home from a party on a frigid January night. Went out with the family to go to church the next morning - frozen puke all the way down the side of the car.

So much more dumb shit, the worst was all the drunk driving. Never really got caught, just one alcohol possession ticket. I have 3 young boys, and reading this thread has me really nervous.

The dumbest thing I have ever done occurred this year: I spent at least five hours after the Daytona Supercross debating with flarider whether or not James Stewart had a low-grade concussion.
