I put my clutch holder on yesterday and when I tried to remove the nut with my impact I lost grip on the holder and it popped off and chipped my clutch hub. I found the broken piece on the ground but is is junk now? I found a replacement online for $100 if it is but dont want to spend the money if I dont have to.
How much is a brand new hub? And yes, it’s junk….
it will be fine, just file down any burrs on that chipped off spot so the plates don't get hung up and can slide freely over it
....and spend the extra money on Hinson if it's available.
I agree it's junk!
A brand new hub is $99.59 plus shipping...

I found this off-brand one for $60 any reason to not go with this one?
That’s a ProX hub ran a lot of their parts before pretty decent for the money honestly
I wouldn’t put that back in the bike.
Definitely busted I wouldn't run that, still looking to get an OEM one? I have a fairly decent discount with my local KTM/Yamaha dealer, I can always ask for a quote and then for shipping with FedEx next door?
It was junk before it was broken. Look at the notches.
