Looks showroom new. Would you be willing to share your surface treatment for frame, motor , swingarm and top tripple clamp?

Thats insane. Nice to see someone else that appreciates that bike. Its the gold standard in big bore bikes and the most violent 500 cc dirt bike ever made.

Do you happen to know anyone that makes high quality pressure molded side covers and radiator shrouds for the 1986 250/500 bikes?

Frame was repaired then powder coated, swing arm we restored in house, then anodised in a colour called neutral, the triple clamps where hydro blasted in house as well.

yeah we really wanted to try and challenge our selves with it, stock is always the hardest with the older bikes.

The compression on these things is wild! to say the least. As for the side panels i don't unfortunately, they are super hard to find originals and any of the aftermarket ones just don't look or fit the same.
