"Grass Roots" Boycotting of China

Edited Date/Time 5/12/2025 11:43am

So with all the tariff talk going on with the commies and "Ping Pong" Chee over in China. I have decided to start a boycott of China.

So starting today, I will no longer be eating "Chinese food" until this whole trade balance dealio is worked out.

It's my form of protest. Who is with me!

Thank you

Luke

As someone who delivers to restaurants and sees the kitchens, I wouldn’t eat it anyway. 🤢

There’s no reason that the United States should do one red cent of business with COMMUNIST China. Over and over they’ve proven to be a brutal and oppressive regime.

Let’s not forget where the Wuhan Flu started, either. People want to talk about genocide……..

Yes, Americans are consumed with cheap, plastic crap.

Amazon would go out of business.

Some are...

Not everybody.

And it is going to take at least a generation to tool up even a fraction of the manufacturing ability to meet even basic needs.

If this turns into a drawn out trade war supply shortages will make those during covid seem minor.

Car and equipment parts.

Hardware.

Clothing.

Pharmaceuticals....

Building supplies.

Appliances.

And who is going to work to produce the replacements?

And how much is it going to cost?

And it all just a cluster right now with the way it is being handled.

Who is going to invest long term capitol to ramp up anything when a bad burger and some indegestion later and it all goes back like it was.

The US might need to import some cheap labor.

Trump get's the CIA to pull off a propaganda op of getting the illegals to cross back over the border wearing MAGA hats.

I can hear him now...   "These aren't the bad illegals!  These are great illegals!  I've brought the greatest illegals ever to this country! Nobody has ever brought such great illegals! Not even the racist Democrats!  "

Just kidding Smile

Would the illegals have to pay a tariff on the Chinese made MAGA hats?

I hate to break it to people, but the "Chinese food" we have here is the US in significantly shittier for you than the actual food in China.

Way to stick it to the native Chinese over in China by boycotting your local small businesses though, that should definitely show them.  While we're at it we should probably stop spending any money at businesses that employ Jews, because the ones that are our friends and neighbors here in the US are definitely responsible for that war as well.

It is a lot of fun watching dumbasses on both sides get completely bent out of shape over this "trade war" though, the bottom line is the US and China are completely dependent on each other at the present moment and I'm willing to get this gets resolved within a month, likely even less.
