It's about that time again...

Testing begins this weekend, I believe.
Couple of preseason topics floating around...
Mandatory pit stops for the Monaco Gran Prix.
Ridiculous to say the least.
And the, no swearing rule.
Phuquin' stupid.
Here is some hard hitting news, sure to shake the F1 world.
I don't know what that is, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that I'm not part of their target demographic.
Kind of a lame duck season, with the cars going through a major downsizing for the 2026 season.
Going to be interesting to see how soon teams will stop spending money on upgrades as the season grinds on.
Especially the the lesser teams.
I remember Mercedes sacrificing their season in the year before the hybrid era.
Getting a jump start on the new cars.
It paid dividends as they dominated the ensuing seasons.

I read a few articles and some people are questioning Hamilton's dedication to Ferrari. He appears to be one foot in and one foot out.
He apparently bought a place in Milan (fashion capital of the world) which is over two hours away from Ferrari's factory and offices.
Lulu Lemon headquarters, perhaps?
I just hope we can get back to light weight, high revving engines. The early-mid 2000s were fantastic. The sound alone is what I miss the most. I recall the mclarens distinct exhaust note in 2001, you could close your eyes and know whenever the McLaren went by.
If you didn’t follow F1 during that time, I urge you to watch Jarno Trullis pole lap at Monaco in 2004. Simply amazing.
Lululemon is a Canadian company headquartered in Vancouver.
He came out with a statement today saying, he's not going to retire even if he wins the title this year.
🤣😂🤣
A rather bizarre statement.
Ties in with the wonders about his commitment.
Trying to squelch the rumors perhaps ??
He's got a multi-year deal, so I don't expect him to retire. Either way, I can't see him winning the title.
I thought that I had read that he was staying in an old house of Enzo’s that’s basically on Ferrari’s team grounds.
Just wait till Louise gets the full Ferrari race management treatment.
Haaaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaa ohmygawd I can't stop Haaaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaa !!!!!!
Maybe initially when they took photos and he drove the car for media.
The Hamilton-LeClerc competition should prove interesting. I also look forward to Carlos and Alex dynamic. And will Lawson fold under the pressure of being in the same garage as Max?
Pit Row
Am I the only one thinking those photos look like bad AI renders? Especially McLaren - like why an office? I must be missing something?
Ugh!
WTF happened to "Ferarri Red"?
What is this ‘no swearing rule’? Sounds ridiculous
Great take on the new Monaco pit stop rule, by Peter Windsor.

You cuss during an interview, you get fined.
Probably start losing points if you're habitual.
Start expecting very short, maybe 1 word responses.
