Only $10 for all 2024 SX, MX, and SMX series (regularly $30).
I don't think Marvin is back on the bike yet and I doubt at the very end of his career that Marvin would want to damage his Red Bull relationship by doing that.
Not sure yet but early rumors suggest they might not fill the seats and just take the 250 guys racing this Summer. Craig is set to return later in the season.
Do we know what #25 has planned for the rest of this year and the foreseeable future?
They should bring Austin Walton in from the Husky off-road team and let him race the first two at Pala and Hangtown.
I know it won’t happen but it would be cool to see Hansen race a few nationals
The Shop
Hell yes.
Kawi got tons of good press years ago when Dietrich did a few and spent some time towards the pointy end of the pack.
Walton RIPS...he's just always a touch off of winning it seems like.
Obviously contracts make it difficult, but if there was a way to get Dylan Wright from Diggs for the summer, he would turn heads all summer long.
Petition to call up Dungey again this summer! Let's tell Lindsay we'll have him home by 9PM every Saturday.
Another vote for Walton, kid is fast ! yes ! watching Dietrich back in what, 09ish, Freestone?.... that was impressive.
That would be awesome to see, he’s arguably the best motocross rider in the world not racing in a premier series (AMA/GP)
For Husqvarna... If they won't move up RJ Hampshire, maybe it's worth moving up this Jalek Swoll guy for a wildcard shot in the 450s. Did he ride a 450 at this 2019 Lorreta's race?
He surprised and won the 2021 national at High Point with a 1-3 but hasn't done any better than 7th (once, 2021) since then and a best finish of 8th last year with an 11-8 at the end of the series with a depleted field.
Every now and then there is a struggling 250 rider that improves on a 450.
Would be cool, but fill in rides pay notoriously low and Wright has to be making pretty good money up there.
Craig DeLong in and around GNCC schedule including summer break lapse.
Like almost all riders he was on a 250 in the Open Pro Sport
Any truth to Webb not racing outdoors and doing WSX on a different brand?
Josh Hansen? Isn't he 40 years old?
Not only that, but he was always way better indoors. Either no stamina or didnt care for outdoors.
Craig would be another awesome substitute rider. Maybe he could do a couple east coast rounds. Super good dude as well. If Bolinger wasn’t hurt at the moment he would be another great pick. Both those guys rip and there would be no sponsor complications.
Jed beaton , or Dean ferris .450
Wilson tood , or Kaiden minear 250
Pit Row
Evgeny Bobryshev
To be fair I said it would be cool, not that he would beat tomac by a minute. i think his last national was 08?
Jed and Wilson are both racing Hondas and vying for Aussie titles, I don’t see Honda Aus or Yarrive letting them go.
I would think some other international guys would be an option for outdoors though, someone like Jasikonas who’s got Husky experience seems like he would be a good fit for outdoors.
He's 39.
Fun Fact: John Dowd podiumed Southwick at age 37 (2nd), 39 (3rd), and 44 (3rd).
It's Dowd and Southwick, but it's still impressive.
Anybody know if Josh Gilbert will make his way over at all this summer?
He won’t be here. Now that he’s on crendon Honda no chance. The team he raced for last year will be back tho. Jorgen Mathias talviku, Miro Sihvonen, Charlie putnam and if Bobryshev is allowed to race here.
