Swapping batteries is a great feature. Scared to see what the price is though
This is the way
The 1970's called and Yamaha wants their rear suspension back.
...but seriously, that thing looks like savvy packaging of drive and suspension components for a small electric bike.
The Stacyc created this category of small electric bikes for motocross kids. As long as the price doesn't go into the stratosphere, it's good for the future of the sport to have more options and better mini-bikes.
It's a good time to be a moto kid.
Dang! I’ve been hanging onto our PW for my youngest who won’t be ready for another year or so and was already considering selling it to get an EE3. Now I have to talk to my wife!
Has anyone heard a release date for the ‘24 65???
The Shop
They are going to have an E 65 for 25
Should probably go in the Electric Bikes forum
MSRP of $2,199 (excluding fees)...a lot less than I thought it would be.
I am getting one for my youngest and skipping the PW. I had more trouble with the PW than the KTM and Cobra 50’s we had. He was always breaking something on the PW.
This is just objectively a better deal than a PW as well. $500 more and you get aluminum swingarm, disc brakes, mono vs dual shocks, ability to ride literally anywhere quite. Certainly looks cooler than a PW and thats important to kids.
So like, $4500 OTD?
I think $3,000-3,500 is certainly possible for some dealers.
The dealer nearest me with Husky's charges MSRP for his bikes so it's possible I could get one $2,200 (cash, so no title since out of state), but I just paid $1,500 for a PW 50 two months ago so I won't be getting one.
Was just adding the $2200-$2300 in "fees" the dealers are adding for the leftover $5500 KXFs and RMZs guys have recently been mentioning.
Once they get done with the Ticketmaster treatment, the deal doesn't seem to look so good.
