Hope and change was the message. The Obama's are excellent speakers, they did a great job. Dougie did a good job too.

But I just don't get the "hope and change" message, when the change they are asking for is from their current policies of Biden/Harris?

The entire platform is like they are running against Trump still in the WH today, and just want us to forget that the reality we are all living is under the current leadership but they want a do over? But they won't say that, they just want to skip over the reality of the last nearly 4 years of shit.

Apparently Monday night they mentioned Trump at least 138 times.

The border 8.

And even less about the current economy.

Yep, the "we got nothing to stand on, but Trump is worse".

I almost feel bad for the Biden/Harris staffers, they spent 4 years wiping Joe's ass now they have to keep Kamala away from anyone who might ask a question for fear she would answer it.

I had a WOAH! moment yesterday.

I was listening to the Charlie Kirk radio show yesterday when one of his co-hosts claimed it is widely known in DC that Kamela is a day drinker and her favorite drinking buddy is Sonia Sotamayor. I didnt know it but i guess this is a talking point the Trump campaign or those who support him are putting out there. Whether the claim is true or not, it comes across as another personal attack.

Whatever happened to taking the high road?

The high road always has a better view as they say.  I am a believer in act like you have done it before.  The thing that cracks me up about the democratic party is they are like a Snake Nokia phone game. It will eventually turn on itself and bite itself. Why? They don't have a real direction and just want more more more and do not see the ironic hypocrisy.

How many times you self-presented to an ER with a toy stuck up your boy’s play hole? A few hey.

Phill-Up-My-Cavity swinging hard with those sweet sweet 1990's, "yeah well your butt", burns.

"Phill-Up-My-Cavity"

Pretty sure a lot of folks will never be able to unsee this.

Why so much ink for Trump making personal insults and nobody bats an eye for all the (untrue) personal insults against him?

You ain't missing nothing.  The only thing entertainment is watching the streams of the far left rioters outside getting arrested.

Because the media is predominantly left leaning.

Last few nights (actually all of the past year) at the DNC they were touting "record job growth", even though coming out of the pandemic people going back to work wasn't really "job growth". But they still claimed how many jobs Bidenomics was creating.

But oops, today they had to revise those numbers down by over 800,000+ jobs last year. So about 30% less than what they previously claimed.

Wonder if they will bring that job growth up anymore.... They will probably blame the revised numbers on Trump, somehow it was his fault.

The three things that will hurt the Dems at the polls in November:

1. The leveling of Gaza by Israel with U.S. support.

2. Immigration- the central issue Trump ran on in 2016.

3. The economy and everyone pissed about prices for food, housing and energy. Dems are generally seen as enacting policies that increase costs of all these.

These are all biggies.

Kind of like all the people posting photos of 2020 gas prices like that was all thanks to the Donald.

I think those topics and more are gonna hit the Dems sooner than November.  This lovefest will cool come next week.

The thing is that the former president is the best weapon against the former president.

Is JD helping the republicans?

So when do they use their convention time to lay out policies, foriegn, domestic, economic, energy, etc...

You know, the things they're hired to actually do.

The internet, and cable news, is full of people whining, crying, moaning, and groaning about Trump.

But they're not enriching themselves off of our tax money to do it.

I love all the folks saying they won’t watch it then claiming they aren’t talking about their policy ideas.

Walz gave a great “pep talk” last night.

Command Sargent Major Walz?

So, tell us about all their great policies…

Tell us about how she’ll fix the inflation that she fucked up.

Tell us how she’ll fix the 10 Million Illegals that her policies created…and just letting them walk in…

While we’re here…WHO did she let in? Where are they from? Who vetted them? How many on the Watch List got in?
