I don't know what I'm doing wrong but every time I am in the attack position my lower back hurts. I can only ride for so long cause of it. Is it because I'm out of shape? Or just not doing it right

You need a strong back to ride moto. Sounds like you need to hit the gym.

work on core strength or ride more. I have decent core strength but my lower back will be super sore the day after riding.

How tall are you? I am 6'2 and started having this problem a few years ago, even after lifting weights targeting a stronger back.

I raised by bars with a combination of taller bars and bar mounts. Fixed the problem and helped improve my riding technique.

This is what dad and I wear. Best kidney belt on the market. Check it out. It was developed by a doctor. Helps a bunch
Awesome quality product for us OAF (Old And Fat) riders. Superb quality that delivers. Worth every penny. Just be honest with your gut size when ordering.

Not sure how your body position looks but bend at your hips not your lower back.

Riding in the correct position actually has helped me overcome back pain(having a laminectomy and 2 crushed discs). You might just have to try and ride more until your body adjusts to R.A.P. and stops hurting, I went through the same.

I would suggest doing Yoga for a few days it helps tremendously or even a good back stretch.

I have no idea why kidney belt use is no longer used. A kidney belt works wonders. By old No Fear kidney belt Velcro closure wore out after many many years of use and picked up another Gold Belt. They are on amazon for $22-$42 and there are large sixe for us larger size men.

I used to have this same problem when my diet wasn’t on point and when I wasn’t exercising in the gym. Deadlift deadlift deadlift, second best exercise you can do in the gym besides squats.

Ab work to help strengthen that core and the stability of your back. Kidney belts should only be used by people with back problems, when you wear a kidney belt it takes away from the usage of your lower back, hence weakening it even more.

When you learn to deadlift it’s all about form, never over do it.

Try yoga - it will help both strengthen and loosen up a tight back at the same time.
