I'm working for a few weeks in dade city- about 10 minutes away from chad reeds place.

Movie theatre is all of 5 miles from my apartment.

Definitely a small world.

Real shame somebody, let alone one of our own, lost their life due to nothing more than a text and an itchy trigger finger.

Not to get into the debate of it all, but I really think Florida needs to rethink it's "stand your ground" law because that's where this is likely headed…

I've been somewhat following this, it's such a horrible story to hear about. It's really crazy and scary to think somebody (especially a retired police officer) would kill another human being over such a petty thing.

whats really messed up is this guy is a retired officer. he should know when you can and when you can't shoot someone. I think theres some serious mental issues involved in this one.
