I’ve got five. Only one girl in the bunch, so we tell her she’s our favorite granddaughter. 

I tell my kids I wish there was a way to go straight to having grandkids without having to mess with the originals!

 Some more good news, my cousin (more like little brother) is coming up Wednesday morning from So Cal. We’ll be getting a couple days of riding and, salmon fishing in. 
 
  He’s been talking big lately about hunting, camping and, doing more stuff outdoors. This’ll be interesting cause it’s supposed to rain on the days we’ll be fishing. Fingers crossed it dumps the whole day.  I can’t wait to give him a bunch of shit cause I know he’ll be whining.

I left the Chicago 1099 Russian mob trucking co. I have them a 2 week notice. I wouldn’t hv but I wouldn’t get my escrow back if I didn’t. And I was too broke too quit. The bad the trk bottomed out quicker than a light comes on. I thought I broke my wrist & shoulder on 8-6 . On a steep down hill on the loop around nyc 287 quick wreck in front of me braking on a down hill. My hand & fingers is still throbbing, my shoulder I couldn’t raise my arm for weeks. While working 18+ hrs 7 days a week . Not making shit either. Monday my brother in law called me, he never calls. My oldest sister 60 yrs old had a stroke. She has a masters degree & a great job . Financialy there doing great.  The stress of being power of attorney of my  crazy dad is a lot.  She is in great health makes healthy meals from scratch, exercises , lives a extremely clean life.  Her body is good not froze but blood clots went to her brain. She has difficulty saying some words.

In good news, my daughter is starting her freshman year at UC Riverside in a couple weeks. (They run quarterly, so they start late.) She's going to major in Biochem and just told me she may double-major in Neuroscience. Crazy girl. She wants to be a doctor, and I believe she'll make it. 

Blazing hot Saturday summer day in Phoenix, wife and I wanted to get out for a bit but wasn't sure where to go.  After a little hem-hawing, and some soul searching we concluded to go the good nature route and hit the casino.  A twenty spot and a few pulls later, hit the bonus and in less than 5 minutes was up $750.00.  

What a way to resurrect a thread!

Congrats!!! The wife and I have bee waiting for us to be grandparents but nothing happening in the near future. Damn kids! LOL

That's worth a congrats too!!!!!!!!!!! I have a daughter going for her masters in biotech engineering.

The girls are kicking ass these days. I don't know if you've noticed lately but most of the doctors are women.

The field has really flip flopped.

My wife has hit the 5 year mark for her cancer being gone. That's a significant # because after 5 years the chances of it coming back reduce A LOT!

That's fricken awesome!! I've lost too many people that I've met through club meetings (aka chemo room and hospital stays). It's great when I hear good stuff.
