You would as long as you could slow it down enough for the hairpins, but that loose gravel could launch you off the edge and into a whole world of pain!

I've never mountain-biked, but the level of precision those guys maintain at those speeds over that terrain is just terrific.

Also the amount of trust you have to have with other riders, faster guys almost bumping slower guys off the edge over cliffs...

Awesome. That trail looks pretty burley. Those cliffs are nuts at those speeds. Thanks for sharing. I have a Gemini 1000 Cannondale and that thing is ridiculous. No wonder Gracia won so many championships on this thing. The first day I got it I went to a free ride comp. If you were not competing you could not ride your bike at all but you could walk it as you watched. The finish line was a big steep drop to a man made dock like ramp with a lip through the checkered flag with a big dirt landing. I eyeballed it all day and my buddy and I waited until it ended and got to the top quick before they blocked it off. The first time i rode the bike except in the parking lot I was dropping into a huge double. It was like riding a 15 lb 125. Handles great and floats over rough sections. Its amazing. Funny story, my buddy had just moved there and had befriended a bunch of locals. I had just won a Florida Motocross Series Championship and my buddy was talking me up the whole day (spode) and when I got to the top all the people gathered around to see if the motocrosser was all that. Talk about pressure. LOL I did us proud and played it a little safe on the first one and just cleared it with a little cross up in the air. It was so predictable and perfect that I charged back up and was whipping the crap out of that thing in no time. I have been on a lot of bikes but it is like no other IMO. Hope fully I will be able to ride something again soon. Injuries suck.
