Compared to the other riders in 2014, where would he be ranked as far as purse money made? Top 3?

One race at 100 grand will definitely help ... but really screw with per-moto averages.

Not sure on purse money.....but for event wins and being in the title hunt ( if he stays healthy ).......I don't see how anyone could count him out.

I said this a few days ago.....but it's almost scary to see how fast he's already adapted to that Kawi. A few more months of testing and training........he'll be a force to be reckoned with for sure. I had a feeling he was going to look good on that Kawi.

It's safe to say that RV, KR, and RD were the top earners for 2014. Because of RV not racing Nat's, and the competition between them, Davi might have made the most (purse money) this year. Wow!

Not only does he look good on that bike, he's surrounded by a team that are used to winning championships.

Considering the typical AMA purse pays out $12.00 for a first place in the premier class, he could retire before the season ever kicks off and still be on top by years end.

Oh! I was saying he was in the top 3 for earned purse money in 2014!

I really hope he's in the top 3 at the end of SX in 2015...its looking like this year might be his best chance ever.

Very true!

Dude is looking good already, and still has a couple months to get even better.
I think if he stays healthy he's going to have a great year.

As for the original topic, that would take a lot of calculations to figure out, but I would say top 5 is a safe bet.

I kind of had a brain fade Ridge. When I read your title about " Where does Davi stack up in 2014 " I was thinking 2015......as in how well he may do this next season. As far as how much he made this year......the 100K is basically all I know about , and probably his signing bonus ,and the extra money from already being on the Kawi.....I can't comment on that. Have no idea.

Where does he stack up? I honk you got a pretty good indication from the MEC. Davi and Trey will most likely be going at each other for the title. They both have the confidence and are ready.
