Literally every single sport out there has the dead time filled with pundits analyzing the game, the race, the qualifying or whatever. Except US MX and SX, we just get these utterly nonsensical portraits of the riders saying nothing.

Nichols was on my Fantasy team so I started tracking him in 20th and watched him move forward to 9th. I'm sure there were other guys making moves but you wouldn't have known it from the broadcast.
