Contract up for grab next year, he could end up anywhere. But, would he go MC's way? that would be 2003 all over again for Brooks.

No way, with Stewart's ability to end up injured and unable to compete Bud Light would jerk the sponsorship in a millisecond.Smile

He's going with the Penton team.

I thought they were talking to motobecane.. and he had been secretly testing the new peddle version.. they may pass it up as the peddles keep catching on the scrub!

No, the Fagin of SX scooped him up awhile ago.

Anyone can say what they will, and we all know he can't and wouldn't race that series, but Stewart on a 150SX would own the 250F class. It would be Legen.. wait for it. Dary....

Stewart on a 350 in Supercross could be some sight, a 350 would probably suit supercross more than a 450.. Red Bull are behind James and KTM -

SX and GPs? maybe...

Speaking of Stewart, he was on KROQ this morning talking about his new show. I was hoping they would ask him SOMETHING about racing.......but they didnt.

Of course, James "is the fastest man on the planet". Our sport can not be taken seriously with dubs like that. How many members do we have on here that post before using there brain? Stewart would get smoked on a KTM 250. Why everyone thinks he is 5 seconds a lap faster is beyond me.

Where else could he go? Honda will have Canard, Suzuki will have Dungey, and Kawi will have Villopoto. Those factories probably can't afford to pony up the money Stewart will command.

He will reunite with Jeremy Albrecht at JGR.

James was no slower or faster on the KX250 or KX450F. Go look at the stats when he switched over mid season. He was still beating everyone by a long way, except the Goat.

Bottom line is whoever puts the the largest offer will get the kid. I wouldn't be at all surprised if that was ktm. They have as much or more money as any factory team out there for racing and they want to win in America more then anything.

My true question, is how much with LB and JS bash eachother after they have a breakup. It was interesting how him and CR were great friends all over the TV and internet, but the minute it was over, it was like an ugly divorce. Just sayin

There is a slight flaw in your thinking. If he was on a 250 all season and switches to a 450 and you say the gap was the same. Please explain to me how this happened whem Kawasaki didn't have the bikes in the states yet? He started riding a 450 in supercross 2006. Reed switched in 05 midway through the outdoors. Carmichael in 05 was full time 450 outdoors.
