Lots of time. My road race team and I once swapped a 600 Yamaha engine it 22 minutes and we were just a bunch of local pros.

Maybe 800 figured since Barcia already did joker lane which is 5+seconds slower,he had a slim shot and better not crash.

The lowdown from KTM is that Dunge hit another tuff block and the whole shifter fell off mid moto, luckily while it was stuck in 2nd.

Just a thought but could it be that split start? Dungey has started from left side every time and when they come together somebody rammed him. Twice. Freaky but possible.
