Does anyone know if there will be any new colorways released soon? Looking to purchase this helmet soon but not a huge fan of any current colorways. Thanks!

The white/copper one just came out but I agree with you on the colors. I want to try one of these due to weight, comfort, and safety but the colors...I kind of like the rockstar colors but could do without the rockstar on it.

If so it wouldn’t prob be till around Loretta Lynn’s that usually when the new color ways drop but that’s just my assumption.

What's the difference between the CC, the Carbon Axon and the Carbon Vector?

Carbon utilizes a 12k carbon shell, the CC stands for Carbon composite, where Carbon fiber, fiberglass and Kevlar are used to build the shell. About 50 grams heavier than the carbon, but still .75 lbs lighter than a Shoei.

I’m a rep here in Houston and play with both helmets daily, I can barely physically tell a difference. If I were blind folded and had to put em both on, not sure I could confidentially tell which one I was wearing. Pretty incredible product for the price.

Axon and Vector are just different colorways. I have tried on the carbon and cc in large and the cc feels just the slightest bit bigger.

Not sure about color ways but a little anecdotal story about the carbon helmet.

I crashed at Vet Worlds in 2019 at the bottom of Mt St Helens. I was knocked out for about 3 min or so.

But I had zero concussion symptoms that day, night, etc. I even went back to GH on sunday to watch the 30 and 40 pros (50 pros went on saturday) and had no symptoms. No headache, dizziness, etc.

So I will continue to wear my Fly helmets.

Yeah, I'm a Honda guy. I always like red/white/black color schemes. My Fly gear is red/white/black. But they don't sell a helmet that matches. The red helmet has the copper-colored highlights, which I don't love.

They are actually pretty good looking too. I usually dont like helmets with graphics and mostly run a white or black helmet.

I'm probably going to get the matt black and do some flo pin stripes. Not very expensive to buy the tape and you can get some pretty wild patterns going. Fun to play with.

I think only in the more expensive one right? Not the CC but only in the full carbon model.

Yes, only the $649 one. Can't justify an extra $200 for a little less weight.

My oldest son works at my brothers dealership. He can basically buy any brand out there, but he wears Fly Carbon.
He just got the CC.
I'm not saying it's for sure the best by any means. "Best helmet" is very subjective. But he does talk highly of their helmets.

I wear a Troy Lee SE4 Carbon and love it. But my next helmet will be a 6D ATR-2.
I had a ATR-1 before the TLD. But I just liked the design on the SE4.
I'm a big believer in 6D's technology though.

Are there any 6d dealers in Indiana?

Sorry guys, just catching up. As mentioned, we do offer both the Formula and Formula CC. The CC stands for Carbon Composite versus the original Formula's 12K (12,000 filaments per "tow" or strand).

On the graphics, that's always tough as tastes are subjective. We do offer matte black, gloss black, and a black option in the Primary graphic, too. The only pure white option is in the original Formula for now.

The next graphics release will be late July (tentatively) in accordance with the 2022 line.

Note: The Copper LE helmet is mostly white and was released on January 15th. That might be a good alternative for those looking for the $449 CC option and hoping for a mostly white look.

If there are any questions on any of this, let me know and I will do my best to answer. Sorry for the delay, I've been driving all over Indiana and Kentucky this week.

Yes, my brothers dealership here can order them. They don't stock them due to the price point. Sad to say but many riders around here don't appreciate high end helmets.
