At mountainView(portland or. area) this saturday, was an older cr125! He was just a kid, but took it to the big, bad-azz 4 bangers! I don't think they could believe it! This is a hilly track, there were a few jumps the little-engine-that-could actually couldn't, and these older fast young men could do on the HP monsters, but that little 125cc 2-stroker just kept it going hard into the corners, and would simply pull-away! It was so cool to watch! No need to turn this into a 2 vs.4 stroke thing, we all know the 2 is superior. But such a small motor on a hilly track, walking away from power-mongers was awesome. Next day race, lots of 2-strokes were getting hole-eez and winning too. Anyway, what's your cool David vs. Goliath experiences?

Yawn, you do know that most people use the term 4 banger to describe 4 cylinder engines? Also you do understand that the rider makes up most the equation? FYI Your fishing lure sucks ballsWhistling

Yes, Max Harris, damn fast! Oh, 4stroke4DBLOWN, can you read? " Anyway, what's your cool David vs. Goliath experiences?" (I still watch that show) That's what I was fishing for, we ALL know the 2-stroke is superior, except those not in the know! Being from mesa, you should go to speedworld, watch for that kid on the ktm 2-stroke, that smokes most. Then go tell his dad his kid sucks! I dare you! haha

Take two equal riders. Put one on four stroke, one on two stroke. Four stroke rider wins. Oh but from what I hear the two stoke rider will have more fun

Very cool to see max up there I bet. He comes out and rides at a private practice track out at my buddies track too. Rides every once in a while with Cody Herzog. Cody is at LL's right now and is running 250 C stock and 450 C Stock.

Lofty : What were you doing up in this neck of the woods? If you are still around , I'll be up there on Saturday with a few buddies. #503 on a Honda CRF450.

"I hear the two stoke rider will have more fun", and more riding time, and more money. Rider on 350cc 2-stroke beats 150cc 4-stroke most of the time though, beats ANY size 4-stroke actually.

Where's Herzog from? Up here in central or. for the summer. Just caught that 40th anniv. race up there. Fun track. Might do state champs at Albany in mid august or early sept.

BTW Lofty....it would be cool if you came up this way again and did some riding. Shoot me a PM or something before you do. We ( my buddies and I ) will be at different tracks all over the NW riding throughout the fall. Would love to hook up with ya and do some serious roostage!

Hey Steve.

I'll keep The Oracle, thanks.

And please don't delete my fathers Mx_Pain profile, don't think he'd be too pleased about that.

Thanks again.

Cool story, but could do without the 2 vs. 4 stroke crap in which you contradict yourself multiple times. You say it is a David vs. Goliath story, yet you state that the 2 stroke is superior?
