Does he really need to be riding at RV's house in between nationals? Come on dude you're already killing these guys at the 15 minute mark. Next thing you know he'll be dying his hair red.

If he wants to be a multi-millionaire, he has to get better starts and get better at SX. In TO this year, he was less than impressive.

I remember him saying he couldn't wait to get outdoors, man he has that covered. He should practice SX all year round, grab those millions. A little guy like him with a PC bike should be pulling some holeshots, you are correct. Without those, SX will be tough.

He is pulling some big risks, wall jumping into whoops and LaRocca's leap, hope he weighs the risk/reward well. It sure is entertaining. The wall jump into the whoops/rollers had me holding my breathe every time.

They got something big coming. Can you imagine the bidding war over who gets him?

Yeah SX was a let down for me this year. Really thought he was gonna kill it.

Can't even imagine what happens if he gets a holeshot. He might just let everyone by to give him something to do.

I dont think so.

He is on fire right now, but he wont break any records. Which is no slight on him, but the class is stacked and he wont do anything that hasnt been done before in the lites class. Hell he may not ever win a SX championship, in either class.

He cant even be compared to RV at this point in his career. He really, really needs to prove himself in SX to even think he can compete with the big boys.

I like his style though, he never ever gives up and just charges to the very end. Thats something that cant be tought. He will crush everyone in the nats next year if he doesnt get hurt or move up.

I don't think you can just sit back and relax when you are the current fastest rider in your class. You don't want the competition to catch up on ya.

I know, I know. Just love his style.

Wasn't there a story / drama about how Deano went to Pro Circuit over Baggett?

There you are...

YOUNG, smart & healthy.

Also, NO-ONE is faster (do your homework).

5'8 and 140 sounds exactly right... weight wise.

I'm 5'8 and have recently been losing weight (quit riding mx in 09 and started doing RC cars haha) since i started riding mx again this year. I was 185 when I started. I'm 165 now with LOTS to go. After doing research to see my ideal weight... I've seen guys who are are 5'8 and totally ripped (bodybuilders with a lot more muscle than baggett would want for mx) and they are about 145-150. Makes total sense that he would be 140. He's TINY.

Whatever works tho. Who gives a shit if you win I guess? His body fat percentage is easily single digit.

Oh please, first of all, he hasn't exactly set the world on fire in SX. We really don't even know if he will make the transition to the big boy class yet, many don't. I also doubt that he is 140lbs. I'm guessing 135 maybe.

They need to start now, grooming him for the spotlight, because it's going to be on him, and soon. IMO It will take him one season to get the hang of the big bike, then he's going to be the next hero.

140 lbs is balemic for someon who is 5'8

RC was like a 150 and hes what? 5'6 in the morning

Sometimes I think the reason RC was fast was because he was small lol

It's going to be unfortunate when he gets injured and misses a season or more like every other rider in this sport.

I think he needs to get his shit together a little better in SX.....but outdoors?.......The kid is an animal.

Was just talking to my good buddy BigDaddyG tonight about this exact same topic. I don't know.....but to me , I see a little RC , RV and Stewart in this kid. It's a very rare thing to see a guy just step up and demoralize everyone.......and he's doing it without good starts. His lap times have been insane and he's in shape!

Bagget's future.........If he packs on about 15-20lbs of muscle , moves into the 450 class and rides with that type of aggression??.......Holy shit.......who knows what that kid could be capable of. I know if I had to race against someone like that I'd hate it.

BB rides that wicked outside line-coming from behind -gonna jump over your head style that's as rediculous as RV was on the 250. Man I hope he stays on a 250 for as long as he can, that is soo much fun to witness!
Although seeing the Dung mastering and motoring that 450 is sweetness in motion...its those Wild Childs wringing the neck off those smaller thumper that killls it for me. Always lots of talk about missing the 125's, but I dig this class.

Richard Carmichael came in and did Highpoint and the last couple nationals after Lorettas, then proceeded to win every single championship in dominating fashion a year later.

It's going to take someone to do that, to break those records.

Hes not slow indoors...Remember the video of him from the Glen Helen test track a few MONTHS before the sx season started? He was on the gas tremendously. he just had a off year in sx, which is easy to do!

as far as breaking records, we cant tell the future but he is definitely on a role right now. anything can happen , though. this is motocross....

Lol RV won 3 outdoor titles in a row on his 250f didn't he go undefeated for one of them? plus i believe 2 sx lites not to mention 2007 Red Bud MXON
Yes Bagget was killing that SX track at Glen Helen and has been doing great but he has those days but sorry to say Tomac and Barcia are the next big thing until Bagget can put together a great SX Season and Outdoors
its Obvious his motorcycle skills are incredible but his (OVERALL) bike skills dont seem to be on PAR with DUNGE/RV
basically what im saying is Bagget is a great talent but he has Aldon Baker behind himCool and thats the EDGE

RV didn't go undefeated. Maybe in a regional SX season but not outdoor.
