Do any of the Grip Strength tool or forearm strengthen tool work? are they good for you? i know nothing beats ride time but when i can only ride on the weekend what are some great forearm work out to do to help straighten the forearms?
i have a grip strength tool and i would have it in my truck and ever time i drove somewhere i would use it but i felt it didn't help might even have hurt my arm pump.

Working out with Kettle bells vs barbells/dumbbells has helped me the most with grip strength. With kettlebells your having to control the movement of the weight with your grip. Plus you are getting a work out.
Thumb over bar grip when working out well help to. I also only do pull ups and chin up using my fingers only no thumb.
Lastly I have a rope that is about the thickness of a handle bar and I plug tug with my 90 lbs Rottweiler.

Workout, but don’t do heavy lifting for your arms. Do front squats, leg press, extensions, build strong back, chest, shoulders, triceps, and CORE. All of that will help you on the bike. When you find yourself out of breath, you know you need cardio.

Isn't this supposed to be good for that?
Ride with your legs and more forward on the motorcycle as others have mentioned above.
upper body bulk actually makes it harder to ride a dirt bike fast.
Most of your faster riders have the upper torso of a marathon runner, and the thighs and calves of an elephant.

I have seen quite a few people say that proper nutrition helps a lot but I am not dedicated enough for that.

Just don’t get the bacon grease on your gloves or grips, have someone else take it off your arms for you before you ride.

Go so fast without training, true story...
I said I would go 1 better and do a full study and test in our lab on it and provide him with the findings and so forth.
Was told it doesn't need to be tested cause rider X Y and Z use it and so does Aldon.
Never heard a word after that and I asked for the product again.
Snake oil if I have ever seen it.
I find getting a good warm up in helps me the most. Not just a slow lap or two either. Like a jog/jumping jacks/ jump rope and warm up on a turn track if available.
