Yes - piston, valve, and crank failures are a known thing for the 23 and 24 KX 250. I know a guy who’s 2024 KX 250 crank bearing seized on the first break in ride. They pulled the crank and the oil weep holes and grooves were not cut all the way. He rides for the Kawi test team in Holland, so it wasn’t his own bike, but those motors seem to have a hard time holding up to high level riding in stock form, as other members of his test team had issues with valves and rod breakage. 6/18/2024 6:13pm Ryan with MX Locker did give me a call today. He was very understanding and easy to get along with. We did come up with a solution and I will continue to utilize MX Locker. Also he is working on a call center to avoid things like this in the future that can be handled with a simple phone call.

4/18/2023 9:31am Same jetting tried CCL Needle 5th clip down mid range studded almost not there. Tried CCM needle 2nd clip up, terrible studder at around 1/4 to 3/8 throttle. My question is will a 6.0 slide help?
