Spot on ^^^ ...and derangement syndrome is a real mental illness. It's on FULL display in every one of these Deegan threads.

The kid is 19 years old, worth millions and has a HUGE career ahead of him. He's done the work and nobody just handed him wins...and he has done a lot of winning. I think he is handling all the attention very well. Some of the comments about him are just friggin weird.

I don't see why anyone should be consistent - not if we also want them to be genuine. You'll feel differently about things in different situations, so if you're being genuine, you'll also come across differently. I'm ok with that. You can also have different objectives in different situations. In one situation, you might be messing with your opponent's head. In another, you might be reflecting on a tough ride. That's ok too. Do we really want robots who sound the same no matter what?
