I mean he does it to himself. When you talk as much shit as he does its win or nothing. But yes, for him to not be on the ground at some point in that race and to finish 4th. I would say that's "struggling" for Deegan.

Because it's Deegan I'm more on the side of thinking the cross jump itself was intentional, but I don't think the contact was (but hey who knows). I do know exactly what the fallout would have been if the roles were reversed and Whackers took down Deegan in similar fashion. Deegan would have been screaming bloody murder up and down the pits like the petulant little nepo baby that he is.

How many races have we had a 2-3 second lead that moves back and forth. The classic chess match that is racing and of course we start bouncing around to guys further back who aren't battling. I wish we could get someone that actually understands racing, that guy has been at the helm for how many years and STILL SUCKS BALLS

Announcers are great outside of Diffey and RC. Ricky would be better where JT is and JT in the booth but Bondo continues to suck it all up with the ADHD camera coverage that amounts to missing the actual race. If they would just slow down, and actually focus instead of trying to "paint a picture" it would be 100x better. All the complaints, suggestions in the world and it is simply rinse and repeat. I was watching the gap fluctuate between 1 to 3 seconds, and wanted to know if it was Tomac making mistakes and pulling back out, or was Roczen better in certain sections, but alas we never got to really see it.

Yep, file this in the Bondo complaint thread. I think the first time Prado was mentioned all race was with about 4 min 30 to go, by Diffey, which was immediately followed by RC saying "what a ride by Justin Cooper man" . They also seemed to focus on Sexton for well over 50% of the race. Going to be a looooonnnnnng season....

Bit of captian hindsight there was a interview before the race where he said he changed alot on the bike the week leading to the race, I thought to myself, oh boy here we go again.
