11/20/2021 10:48am looking forward to hear more on this, have a blown up '09 250f (crankshaft broke through cases) in the garage that one day I will restore properly. Those bikes handled like no other, with better suspension, a modded carb to get rid of those bogs, and a touch on the engine to give it a bit more bottom-mid I would...

5/9/2021 11:22am Watch out for the next one in Cavallara, proper italian hard pack hill track. I think the reasons for not having MXGP in a lot of these track are a mainly logistics and economics. Some of these tracks are great, and used to host international races, but while the MXGP expanded and there are always more rigs and infrastructure to...

4/4/2021 3:34am Echo this. Obviously conditioning and cardio helps feeling less tired. But I found earplugs to make a lot of difference. Don't need to go as far having custom earplugs right away, you could just try normal earplugs and see if you notice any benefits.

3/27/2021 6:22am Thanks everyone for the suggestions so far, I knew Dre's track but what I am looking for is much more recent, probably something from the past two years. Unfortunately I don't have any videos nor I remember any lyrics, if I did then I'd either shazam it or Google... So wish I saved some of those on Instagram.

3/26/2021 2:45pm I know, this will be a long shot but I'll throw it out there hoping someone can help... During the last year I have heard a song being used over and over in Motocross edits and also Instagram videos from pros. It's what I would probably categorise as rap / trap. Do you guys have any suggestions as to what...

6/24/2020 6:42am NLab Studio https://www.nlabstudio.com/ Run by Nik a guy from Italy who really has passion for this sport and making graphics, long story short he started out making graphics back home for friends and did the big jump to Cali to follow his dream and founded NLab. He sponsored Lorenzo Camporese (made a few mains in 250 West this year), did...

6/19/2020 12:34pm The difference tonight was all in the corners. Coming out of the tight infield 180, notice Shane doing the standard seat-bounce while Chase manages to get on the pegs and somewhat absorb the jump to stay lower and carry more momentum.
Another view:
I didn't see anyone else do this all night but Chase was getting on the pegs right out of the tight left after the finish to put max weight on the rear wheel and drive straight out of the corner. Beautiful technique.
Last, check out this corner before the whoops. Shane...

6/12/2020 12:39pm Seat bounce talk. Ah the old days. Lots going on in a seat bounce, but the springs pushing you up isn't one of them. Or it's a negligible part at least. The only thing you are doing with the springs in any of this, is removing their function from the equation - not using their bounce to add to it. You collapse them, so then they don't have any of their natural capacity to absorb energy left as you hit & run up your take off, so all the upwards take off force can go into your bike and make...

6/12/2020 12:38pm It does rebound, but not until you've already left the ramp. Say if you weren't on the gas hard enough to keep the shock from rebounding, you would endo, because the gentle push from a dampened shock rebound would turn that momentum into the bike rotating slowly nose down, not launching the 400lb of man and machine several feet higher in the air. Your trajectory and momentum changed. You didn't bounce, even if that's what we call it because that's what the sensation is.

5/31/2020 5:32am i typically attend ~1/3 of the races live. save my dogs and family, it's my favorite thing on earth. george floyd's life, and the lives of others lost to the abuse of power, are more important than a single supercross race. this has nothing to do with wheelie boys—don't be absurd.

5/20/2020 3:23pm He’s got people to lining up to take his moto schools I see him at the local tracks training riders constantly. I don’t know how much he is hurting financially. It’s also clear a lot of people here have never had drug induced epiphanies. No point in trying to explain something to people who won’t get it. Honestly moto is a christian blue collar bubble so it’s not surprising. It’s also not surprising to see people of any age find out they have been missing out on something they really enjoy and make changes to include it in their life.

5/20/2020 3:22pm Have I ever told you guys how prepared I am for any situation ? I have a jar of shrooms in the fridge right next to the jars of moonshine. I don't drink but people always want to trade stuff for my pot and I rarely say no. I did a microdose last year to check it out since it had been 40 years and I really enjoyed it. I plan on doing it again this summer

5/20/2020 3:19pm I figured he tried some psychedelics after hearing him on pulp. I'll say he did come across as a bit of a generic guru, but I can also relate. Trying mushrooms was extremely eye opening, and very spiritual. It's not something I would ever do on the regular, but (as foolish as this will sound to some) it was like a spiritual cleanse. I went into it as an aethiest, and came out agnostic. It's not for everyone, but if you think it is for you, do some research and maybe dip your toes in.

5/20/2020 3:19pm I'm close to 70 now, my late teens and early early twenties were serious out there years. I learned a lot about myself and how far one can push the mental boundaries of life. Luckily I'm a strong personality and survived this extraordinary life experiences. All of my life experiences have always been extreme and have taught me a lot. Pushing the limit has rewarded me in many ways. Mostly from near death experiences from racing and riding dirt bikes. These kind of travels certainly are not for everyone as the consequences are permanent and or life changing. A strong...

5/20/2020 3:19pm I have a cousin who recently lost his daughter, and he was suicidal. He is doing some supervised MDMA medical treatment that he said really helped him. The key with this type of thing is don't take it in the wrong environment with the wrong people. That will alienate you, more than help you.
