smart move on the upgrade, being a moto guy and 200lbs im sure you can push an xc bike right to its limit. Im only 185 lbs and find they are a bit flexy, Ive had the sworks epic before with the control wheels but had good luck with them actually. I've ridden the traverse as well and really like...

wicked bike! only thing that is bothering me are a couple of the stickers. Such as the fox head on the rear shock? With such a great looking bike i find the stickers take away a little of the "clean" look, just a thought lol.

While they are a very good deal I will not buy them again unless they fix two things. First off the slits that 424 talked about. The tearoffs come with smaller, less precise cut slits so that when you put them over the "post" the plastic will tend to tear. I found about 1 in 3 did this to me...

Just booked flights for friend and I to the dodger stadium round. Been to LA a few times. Just wondering on what hotels near by would be a good choice. Also proximity to clubs ect after race would be good. Sunset strip or where is best ? Thanks!

Suzuki132 Added a reply to CRMC and 2-strokes

Its "CMRC" canadian motorsport racing club. I find it strange that they are allowing intermediates to ride 250 two strokes while the Pros have the 153cc limit rule. Its a step in the right direction tho. Wish i was intermediate that would be a fun chance, especially on the starts going against modded 250fs!

Haha, I said I've been there before and I'd prefer to not be shanked thanks. I'll prob stay near hermosa I liked that area. Was more interested in the nightlife as I've only been there for training and never partied.

So you work for Castrol or Wildrose? You said you have been to many U.S. nationals? Then you would know that they are both not capable of holding the same amount of people. Infrastructure is just not there. Castrol would possible chance if they borrowed an adjacent field for more parking/camping. Calgary is cramped for our tiny races even. I...

Very cool idea and an exciting prospect. I race the Nationals up here however and sadly we do not have a facility that could accomadate a US national. Ive been to Washougal, Glen helen, Pala to compare. A couple tracks up here could be turned into US level with some work. We lack the size of any venue to hold...
I agree that the 90's tracks seem much more uneven and less "flowy." I do not agree however with changing the tracks to ultra peaky faces and landings. Look what happened to villopoto. Changes in the variety of obstacles and dirt are great, but not to death trap style of jumps. The top 250 guys will still be able to...
