Newb? I was a member of motodrive for years, I just didn't pop off on every single topic, I mostly just threw a few photos on there from time to time and read the rest. As far as my IQ, I am intelligent enough to live the life I want to live. But you still haven't gotten my point that...

OK, I looked at your last response to me. And for the second time it sounded like that of an uneducated idiot that works in a warehouse and couldn't think of an intelligent response in a debate. You are the idiot. Yes, the consumer trusted the freight company because on external visual inspection (from the sound of his story) the...

So, regardless that the consumer signed the waiver without opening the crate, you are saying it is OK to intentionally decieve the person by hiding damage to intentionally shift the responsibility to someone else?

Did you miss the part where he explained that they rebuilt the cardboard box around it thus intentionally hiding shipping damage they caused? If they were not responsible then they should not have went out of their way to attempt to cover it up. If the outside of a shipping container shows no damage, why would you assume it has...

So if everything is equal, what drives the manufacturers to try to R&D their products to be better? If they know they already meet or exceed the limits, there is no incentive to try to make anything better. Look at MotoGP, unlimited budgets, all one off machinery and it is some of the most exciting racing on the planet for...

Oh wait, those are going to be spec tires too, so there will be no competition and no reason to push tire development. That will be great for the sport too.

It is a fun place to ride. There are some hills and canyons attached to it that are fun to freeride in as well. I have rode and shot pictures up there before, but it has been quite a while since I have been there.

Mine ranks right up there at the top for supporting my riding, taking care of me with injuries, and spending a lot of time with me at the track. After we started dating, I took her to SX and she was hooked. If your chick doesn't support what you enjoy in life, then move on. Letting a chick suck the...

I found all of that out the hard way last year. I was smart enough to wait months before I even considered getting on the bike. The effects of the concussion lasted for quite some time, vertigo, memory loss, and wasn't able to think clearly for quite a while. Most of that is all gone, but I still have some...

I never made it up there in the afternoon. When we stopped by there weren't many people there yet. Was there anything left of the funmover when they were done with it?

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER LETTING HIM RACE! Head injuries need time to heal just like any other injury. Last August I got a very bad concussion and was out for 5 minutes from what I am told. I had balance issues for several months and it was several weeks before I could think straight. I still do not have my...

In one of the recent broadcasts, maybe Seattle, I don't remember for sure, I laughed because they are so strict on the photographers and where they can be, then in one of the races the 30 sec. board was up and suddenly a TV cameraman and his helper go running across the start straight. They are much more safety conscious...
