The A practice this week should be the first 22 guys from last week. If someone is not racing then they can add a rider to A or just leave it. But everyone is there and they put 23 riders in A, clearly Hunter getting a favour from someone. I'm guessing Honda and Mirtl lobbied for this to happen. We know what Matthes' Race Tech Rant will be already.

Okay…bored with no riding yet so…. Adult haircut vs a spoiled 9 year old haircut from Great Clips. Such a small difference…. yet such a huge difference. No idea why JT sticks with his haircut so stubbornly. It looks so bad for his age. Just a minor shift and he is at JB style and it would look so much better.

Does anybody notice that the sport feels noticeably different this year? It seems like its been building extremely fast over the last year or two to come to this point. Recently a few people I know who casually knew about mx/sx have become hard core fans all of a sudden. The media/influencer/youtube/ig space has exploded recently. 100%. Complete clown move to be dropping f-bombs and throwing shade at other riders. Just STFU and applaud your sons for their accomplishments. Honestly, this dude is the LAST guy that should be giving interviews. He should be in the shadows (like most parents in our sport) simply cheering for their child.

Agree with you 100%. Only problem is that as a general rule, it is almost impossible for parents who have been and still are that involved with their child to step back and let the team take over. I find it hard to believe the dad is making setting recommendations to HRC. It’s not like they don’t know what they are doing. And…. that video was classless and very arrogant, not really how Jett nor Hunter seem to be.

Jett is a generational rider and Hunter is not far off. Kudos to their parents for all the sacrifices to help them along the way. All said, it's time for the them to step aside and be way less involved. Of course be there to support, but seeking out clicks and interviews is ridiculous. Neither rider needs the distraction. His comments here and regarding the previous riders (Kenny & Chase) bike setup were unnecessary and low class. Why add fuel to the fire? The train is rolling, sit back and enjoy. It's not your gig anymore.

My reply was to the OP. If that makes him feel better and sleep at night, have at it. Personally, I've never boycotted anything and I certainly won't start now because some clown on a dirt bike does stupid things. It's useless. If I like a product, I buy it. It's that simple. I won't stop using it because an influencer or public figure is getting the cancel culture treatment. Believe me, I'm as far removed from the woke movement as it gets.
