Reading through this thread is no doubt an eye opener. Some are totally against crime and agree on enforcement of law and punishment. Some on the other hand are the root of the problem. Which is acceptance of crime. Crime is so common that many including some on this thread take the easy way out and have an excuse and accept it. States with high crime rates like my home state of Oklahoma would sure enough be way worse off without harsh punishment for crime including the death penalty.
