Downside to Sprinter - stupid $$$ and dealing with Mercedes. Downside to trailer and 1/2 ton truck - 10mpg basically at all times and limited to 55 mph at all times in CA.

I question the terrible flow comment, it's the easiest track here to do motos on. I can come off the couch and crack a 30 on the track without arm pump. Rail all outsides and it's pretty easy. Over half the track is all outside berms you can hurt in third on a 450. Cahuilla Vet track is simple, very fun to ride with buddies...the middle triple is one of the worst built jumps I think I've ever seen...but overall fairly safe. I'm actually amazed how many people crash on the little step-up double that's right before the flagger stand...

Like others have said, lots of pros and cons. Currently I have a 2011 extended Express and its working well for me. I probably have 14k in it now after 3 years but its set up pretty nice now. To me, a decent truck which I don't need otherwise is 30k or so, plus you need a trailer and a place to keep it. I'm a sales rep so I drive a ton so I need a car with good fuel mileage so its always going to be a second vehicle for riding. I wanted to keep the cost down...

1/19/2022 7:54pm Nick. Mine is 2019 express std wheelbase. Been trying different layouts before locking down the interior build. This seems to work well for a single moto and my Mtb. The passenger swivel is a game changer and can even “work” in between week day motos. Only issues is t4 smells it up but normal pump gas is no issue and...
