They may do this, (show both womens but only first mens) because NBC probably didn't buy the rights to the 2nd motos of the womens

It's not on NBC sports. It's on NBC sports "network" which is a new channel they have just introduced by buying the old "Versus" channel. It is NOT a regular channel, it's a specialty channel and very very few people get it.

When they do Nike commercials and press events together, there doesn't seem to be any bad blood between them, they actually seem to get along quite well and joke around.
