The 40pj will work fine, but you're going to want the #8 slide and a new throttle cable holder though. The #8 slide works just as well in the 250 as it does in the 300. You won't be able to use the Yamaha spring loaded holder in the new slide. It will cause the needle to break over time.

For me, I can't stand the Flo pegs. They're great quality but are too sticky for me. I have bigger feet and run the Fastway Evo airs with the smaller cleat kit. Good comfort and traction, still easy enough to move your feet around on the pegs when you need to.

Yea I was concerned with the durability of them. They make the steel cleat so if I blow through these billet ones pretty quick I will probably switch over to that. The only thing is the steel comes in just the standard height. I never tried the flo pegs. Let me know how they work out.
