rg4 Added a reply to JS7 + TwoTwo=

That would be a dynamic team. Reed and Stewart are polar opposites. Reed is mythodical and calculative. While Stewart is an extremely talented rider who makes lots of mistakes. In terms of business, both Reed and Stewart may complement each other and smooth out each others rough edges. Very unlikely though that we're going to see a Two Two JSE...

rg4 Added a reply to My wife wants a bike?

My thoughts exactly. On my wife's KX100, we've never fouled a plug. Remember the KDX200 of the 90's? 2-stroke! One of the best trail bikes of all time.
Perhaps a way to get an answer to your question is to ask, who's the most influential person in golf? The most influential person in golf may not be the current champion right now but he transformed the sport. He's responsible for elevating ratings, ticket sales, revenue from TV contracts and event purses.

Very nice response. Love the symbolic representation. Yamaha does things thier own way. Mono shock in the 70's, front mounted radiator in 80's, YZ400F in 90's, reverse engine in 2000's.

My wife weighs about 110lbs and is 5ft 3in tall. We looked at 85's but my wife wanted more power. She rode a 125 but it was to tall. A 250F she couldn't start. We thought about the Yamaha WR250 with E-Start but again, it was to tall. We also thought about the Honda CRF150R but settled on the KX100...

Cool to see two brothers at a professional level. Wish Malcolm the best. He's done a good job balancing his brother's shadow.

rg4 Added a reply to James Stewart's Suspension Guy Sergio

Very good read. Sergio is not only educated in mechanics (engineering), he also is a good at breaking down the subject matter so we can understand him. It was also enlightning to learn how valuable Ferry is because he can communicate the rider's perspective to the suspension guy. Interesting how some riders have a hard time communicating thier wants/needs to...

Great suggestions. Nothing like wasting one's time by seeing posts from needy people (often the same person) that are hungry for attention. As a father, I am inspired by the way you've raised your son.

The interview sounds like a PR move from Kranyak. He might as well put out a classified ad saying WANTED RIDERS. He stresses that he was the money of the team and he had the final word. But, what are the facts? No riders, no Brooks, no major sponsor? Wish him the best.

I always ask myself "if I don't get it, will I regret it if it sells to somebody else." That's a sharp looking scoot. Real sharp!

rg4 Added a reply to Someone Needs To Tell MXA

This is the reason MXA is so valuable. They are no longer on the "4stroke bandwagon" as is stated in previous posts. They have changed and evolved over time based on the needs of the consumers. As the the decade of the 2000's came to an end, they assessed the effects 4-strokes have had on racing and riding and they...
