Went and saw it last night with the crew.........for a MX movie I give it a 9 out of 10. For a movie in general a 7 out of 10. I enjoyed it. And for ALL of you curmudgeons bagging on the movie.......MX is a small sport, you need to support when you can.

Wife and I went and saw it tonight! Thought it was a great movie, even shed some tears in one scene 😀 don’t miss out seeing it

There were a lot of things in the movie that had nothing to do with dirt bikes that I liked. It touched on military returning from service and dealing with that and finding support from friends. Also marriage, parenthood, brotherhood, and, oh yeah there were some dirt bikes and some nice footage of Glen Helen. But most of all it had a positive message for my kids and I felt good about my kids seeing it. There is so much negative brainwashing crap out there submerging kids these days I really feel sorry for them. So I'm very thankful to...

All of the stock ones are orange. Maybe the Teflon is gone. If so I’d replace them. They are cheap anyway.

6/5/2019 12:46pm I did check them and they’re still there and seem fine; however, they’re black not orange. Do I have to replace them if they’re not orange on the inside? They’re not bare metal but black.

Have you checked the four bushings the bendix and drive gears run on? If the Teflon is gone then the bushings are worn out and will cause the electric starter to not work very well.

The wiring harness was the problem and I suspected it because if I moved it around sometimes it would get spark again. The very first think I would do is load test the battery. It sounds like it is very low, even with it being new. What battery did you install? Lead acid or a li unit? Also your charge voltage is low. Paw Paw

Well, that's also where you run into your problem. Most shops aren't going to carry them. Cycle Gear used to keep EVS variants in stock but I'm not sure if they still do. Better chance to find people at the track and talk to them and most will let you try theirs on. Might not smell great but, hey, you do what you can do.
