12/6/2021 1:43pm Yeah. I like Suzuki myself and the 2012 and up have EFI so that’s a plus in my eyes. Hopefully gonna pick this bad boy up on the weekend and finally get to ride. Good to hear they’ve been good to you, hope it’ll be the same for me.

11/12/2021 2:22pm Heard about that. Was warned by people about it but it’s not usually transmission mainly the clutch etc that’s weak on them. In all fairness anytime you buy a bike you need to check on how it shifts no matter how ‘reliable’ it may be.

11/12/2021 2:21pm I mean, they’re available. Actually, 98% of the parts probably are. There’s people still able to rebuild bikes from the 1980s. I can pay the premium, it’s not a big problem. I could honestly save up for a different bike but dying to ride and can’t wait anymore.

Rm’s are awesome, just if you do get it run a Ktm plug, the older style plugs have a habit of vibrating the electrode off and eating the piston. Apart from that, as long as the gearbox is in good shape they ride great. I’ve had quite a few other bikes over the years and my rm is still my favourite thing to ride.

Perfectly good mate. At your skill level and budget restrictions, just get hold of whatever looks tidy enough and seems to run as it should. Get out riding, have fun, learn to fix things or change things as you go, not much on a two stroke motocross bike is beyond fixing at home with basic tools and everything you want or need is still available. Nice one for doing your research but don't worry too much dude.

Jeffrey really earned this title. Fighting through those injuries, pain, coming back to chase the title really is something special. Seeing his mechanic for 12 years Tureluren in tears (all the stresss coming out) shows how much dedication those guys have day in day out. Well deserved. Also a big shoutout to Gajser and Febvre for their fights, amazing rides and giving us a hell of a season. They’re all champions in my book.
