I had this happen recently. I ordered a sprocket from sidewinder, had it less then 2 months, maybe only 8 races on it...

I have been to many races with my son. I have been to Budds Creek many times. John Beasley is a very nice person and will help anyone in a jam. I was there when a gentleman asked me who the track owner was as he wanted to find out who a person was working on the track the prior...
I have been to alot of races to watch my boys ride , and I noticed that the flaggers are young most of the time and are watching the race instead of flagging, as we had to get their attention to tell them a rider was down, Maybe if there is a age limit , it might help the problem.
As posted under topic "More Bad News"word for word what was said by a promoter: Because the manufacturers are now issuing these guidlines: we as promoters cannot allow a youth UNDER the age of 13 to participate for 2 reasons: We are allowing someone to participate in a sactioned activity on a vehicle that has been determined by the manufacturer...

From what I understand, the AMA is talking with the promoter and they state that either they move up or face being DQ`D. They told me at AMA that if we race at an event, and an advanced rider rides in the wrong class.(B to A) Protest.

I am not singling out Malcolm, my post`s have been about all riders that have been advanced, and how they should have known that advancements were coming back this year, and they could have found out before hand if they were going to advance or not. In my opinion, Malcolm is no different then any other rider out there. But...

That is the point I was making. Most riders use that money to help them race. AMA came up with the rules for a reason. That is so that it is fair all the way around. The points you earn determine what riding level you should be in. If you point out and have to move to the next level...

But, Like I posted earlier, and you stated he was 16 before the series started, all they had to do was go to the mx results link on the AMA website, put in the riders name, it would have shown what his advancement points were, and told him he was advancing to the next level. (A) That is were he...
