Here's a little sneak peek of Davi Millsaps and Blake Baggett's setup... We made these from actual uniform material. these will be auctioned off on eBay the week following the race and all proceeds will go to support Patriots Honor, a 501c3 charity that specializes in helping wounded veterans return to the sports they love...

Been collecting these for a while, when i get enough i put them on plexiglass... generally I only collect stickers from a rider, bike, or event.... almost have enough stocked up to start a new board
So I can't hope to hold a candle to the Full Tilt build, But I figured everyone might be stoked on my latest project. I inherited this bike from my uncle when he passed last fall, he had been a CR250 fan since forever and up until 2000 had bought a new one every few years like clockwork. I decided...

Huge thanks to my industry buddies and everyone that helped with this project for putting up with me pestering them to look for all sorts of obsolete and discontinued parts! In no particular order, Acerbis, Renthal, Throttle Jockey, Motostuff, Dunlop, Cycra, IMS, Seat Concepts, Works Connection, Temecula Motorsports, Total Chaos Fabrication, Dubya, Motion Pro, and TBT Racing!

Basically the thing vibrates like crazy and rolls the frame around in the ceramic beads and a soapy solution. They did the swing arm for me too and it came out looking...

I totally understand and share your concern. we'll just have to see how it turns out I guess... I'm not sure if the original HRC ones were injection molded or Vacuum formed. My 83 HRC plate looks very similar to Maier plastic when you get up close. The PW plates I have I think are probably injection molded, but i'm...

I think injection would be too expensive for me from a tooling cost standpoint, but we have access to a vacuum form machine...

So I picked up an 83 CR480 this week, it could hardly be considered a project, because it's pretty clean already. I had a full-on nerdgasm when the guy I bought it from pulled out an actual HRC Double strap screen door front number plate! I've never even seen one of these in the wild except for on the...
