I’m in the same boat, I have a 2016 factory edition for sale and looking at getting a new Yamaha 450, I’ve never owned one though. They seem good now, power and suspension are awesome from what I’ve heard.

Power Yamaha in Oregon has them for $7999 otd, and no sales tax!

I’m considering one, I’ve never ridden a Yamaha, it’s the only brand I haven’t owned. I was going to get a new Ktm factory edition, but a dealership here in Oregon has 2018 YZ450F’s for $7999 otd and no sales tax. I’m currently riding a 2016.5 Ktm factory edition 450, which I love, but,,,, money talks.

I heard from a guy that owns a Ktm/Husky dealership in Oregon, that they are doing a "Jason Anderson " factory edition Husky, and not doing a Ktm this coming year.
