Gives me a little comfort hearing other people are or have dealt with these as long as me. Trying to explain to other people back when I was a kid (I’m 43) what they’re like can be exhausting in itself. Looks like everyone has their own triggers and they’re not always the same. Life long sufferer of horrible headaches here. After assuming my headaches were migraines for most of my life I discovered that they were actually cluster headaches. They are also referred to as suicide headaches. Tried many different medicines, doctors, chiropractors and diets with no real consistent relief until I tried CBD. I use the drops and they usually knock the pain down by 90 to 100% and will last about 4 hours. it may not work for you but i never had any medicine work as well and consistently as CBD has for me.

Add me to the list. Been getting headaches since I was about 12. My Dad and Brother are the same. None of us gets very far from a bottle of Excedrin (I use the generic kind for 1/10th the price). I’m with you. I’ve been through them all too. The last one they tried giving me, Topamax, was ridiculous. I ended up changing PCP’s because of that garbage.

Also a sufferer to a degree but I've recently linked mine to neck tension. Consider seeing a chiro regularly. Everyone is different but I'm seeing results from regular visits.

I too have had them forever. I GET it. They really hindered my riding when I was a little younger because I would hold back and not exert too much.
