Herlings is now 200 points behind and another 50 next weekend so MXGP is done for 2022. Motivated and healthy Herlings is FMOTP and just racing last MXGP rounds seems nonsense.
Probably not worth making a new thread for it so I'm posting it here, GoPro footage from Gajser and Fernandez showing their incident and Fernandez's crash: https://mxvice.com/gajser-crash-video-fernandez/
Edit: on a 450 (350) of course! He is only 20! years old, let him train with aldon and play with the 350 a couple years, then let him loose on the 450… from 25? years up - domination.
KTM should get Garrett Marchbanks right now. Put him at Aldons and watch him become a winner. Edit: on a 450 (350) of course! He is only 20! years old, let him train with aldon and play with the 350 a couple years, then let him loose on the 450… from 25 years up - domination.
What an absolute joke SX is pathetic, Anderson has just as much responsibility to be looking up from his visor in that situation. Barcia was behind him, ultra-wide corner & he had every opportunity to move if he was actually looking up.
How long before there will be penalties for any contact anywhere on the track? Man was trying to thread the needle…. Racing. 30+ regionals hit harder than that. For nothing but a ticket to Loretta’s Lynn’s.
Surprised to hear this news this morning. That corner was designed that way intentionally to allow that kind of pass. That pass is as old as supercross. I’m not a fan of either of these guys but I think a penalty in this situation is not consistent enforcement by the ama.
