Is it true you were don uptons mechanic? I just bought one of his old kx125’s. I need some help on how restore the old nickel plating , and who the hell ported this motor looks like ray Charles did it lol.

Yea I spun the wrench's for Don 97-2000. That bike in my profile is probably the one you have. 2000 kx125? That was the only year he rode Kawi's in the states. Tom Morgan did the race motors for the bike but before they were sold the stock cylinders went back on. So I have no idea who tore into the motor in the last 24 years. Haha
